Tugas II - UNSAT

When I restart my computer i get a bunch of different messages. A window pops up with the following messages
1 - "permission denied"
2 - Windows cannot find c:/Documents
3 - Run-time error '10055' no buffer space available

Anytime I try to run a virus scan I get the message "Could not start scan. Scan engine returned error 0x2. But yet from time to time the virus scanner would pop up stating that it found the same virus W32.Pilleuz and that it has been deleted. My HIJACK log is below...help me please.
